What we offer

  • Experience – Current Medical students provide experience and insight concerning GAMSAT, medical interviews, and Portfolios.
  • Feedback – Wok in one on one or small group settings with a tutor.

Our Approach.

Current medical students will guide you through all sections of the GAMSAT examining techniques on how to best overcome the challenges presented and optimise your marks. Courses are run in order to construct a competitive and genuine portfolio, as well as interview preparation. We provide assistance at every stage of the medical entry process, and want to help you realist your dreams of practicing medicine.

Experienced Tutors.

Our tutors have recently sat the GAMSAT and are currently studying medicine, have experience and passion for tutoring and understanding the challenges aspirating med students go through.

We offer one on one tutoring, as well as workshops. In either settings we will go through the exam step by step and help develop the skills required to take the GAMSAT head on.

A flexible approach to learning

School, university and beyond,

  • Deliver structured and tailored tutorials focussed on individual learning, either via small group or private lessons
  • Refine study skills and memorisation techniques
  • Ensure foundations are set by bridging the gaps in schoolwork
  • Focus on resilience, responsibility and being proactive to achieve academic results
  • Opt to work with a tutor of choice and develop a mentor relationship
  • Too intimidated to ask questions at school? Work in one of our group tutorials for encouragement, academic guidance and positive peer interactions
  • Cant commit to a weekly booking? Enquire about our casual tutoring packages and use us as you need us in the lead up to exams and assessment due dates.
  • Exam anxiety? We’ve seen many excellent students freeze in front of an exam. Our classes include learning techniques to manage anxiety to take back control of exams.
  • Low motivation at school? Sometimes it’s as simple as connecting the right tutor with a student and everything starts to make sense. Other times we understand the need for professional intervention. Every student is unique and we like to think we can come up with a unique solution to suit your needs.

Sam Gray is a student in the MD program at Macquarie University and has a bachelor of Science (Medical Science) and a Bachelor of Molecular Bioscience (Honours) from the University of Technology, Sydney. He has personal experience with the stages of med school applications, and will be able to guide students through the process.

Boxing, Hiking, Board games & Fencing

Additional Subjects

Academically Sam is incredibly acomplished, So much so that there is very little he won’t tutor. Although in his mind his strength is in the sciences, we have happily had him tutor 4 Unit English, Ancient History, Biology, Chemistry and Drama. Ultimately if a tutor loves tutoring a suibject it comes out in their teaching and the students are all the better for it.

Interesting Facts

Last year Sam mustered up the courage to enter a boxing ring and take on an opponent that was far more experienced than he was at the time.  Incredibly Sam walked away, on both his legs unaided. We will strike that up as a win and never talk of it again.

You will be hard pressed to find a more genuine and caring person who is happy to impart his knowledge to children and young adults.  He also likes Terry Pratchett the Author, we strike that up as another win.
